Michael Hollingsworth Has Filed a New Lawsuit
Michael Hollingsworth, https://www.m4bk.com/ who is running for City Council in District 35 has filed a new lawsuit against the developers who are attempting to build two 40 plus story buildings “The Monster”, in a height limited zone along the Brooklyn Botanic Garden.
As a result of this litigation the 960 Franklin Ave certification (November 16, 2020) has been delayed and the effective date of certification has been pushed forward.
