NYC has plans to make broad sweeping changes to zoning regulations by implementing several text amendments under an umbrella brand named City of Yes.
City of Yes initiatives have three groupings
1 – City of Yes for Carbon Neutrality
2- City of Yes for Economic Opportunity
3 – City of Yes for Housing Opportunity
The public comment period has begun for the COY for Carbon Neutrality.
