On, October 2, 2025, we filed a lawsuit against City Councilwoman Crystal Hudson, the Drug Cartel Criminal Alex Adjmi, the Mayor’s Office of Environmental Remediation and others for failure to perform an Environmental Impact Statement for the spot-rezoning of 73-99 Empire Blvd.
Judge Green of the Brooklyn Supreme Court granted Petitioner’s request for a Temporary Restraining Order.
