Yes our case, despite not having a determination by the 2nd department is now on LexisNexis!!! Here’s the article.
It can now be cited in other people’s cases for its importance. Not all of the lower court or even all appellate court cases get to be included in law journal reviews, especially, lower court cases, but there we are!!!
However, remember this is not over … the 2nd department hearing is approaching. We will let you know when that date is confirmed.
