On Monday, April 15th, a lawsuit was filed against Councilwoman Laurie Cumbo, City Planning and the Developer Cornell Reality.
The Petitioners of the suit, Alicia Boyd, Lashaun Ellis, and Michael Hollingsworth rallied today, with other members of The Movement to Protect the People.
The suit has been brought against Councilwoman Laurie Cumbo, because not only did she approve the project but failed to listen to the concerns of her constituents.
