The Attempt to Endanger the
Petitioners and the Public<\/strong><\/span><\/p>

Petitioners allege\u00a0that the City and the Developers are attempting to <\/span>endanger the Petitioners and their supporters, <\/strong>by filing for<\/strong>\u00a0an<\/span> emergency stay of the Temporary Restraining Order<\/strong>, and directing us to appear on<\/span> Monday, at the Appellant Court, 2nd Department\u00a0<\/strong>during the City, State and Federal State of Emergency for a <\/span>non-emergency issue<\/strong><\/u>.<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/strong><\/u><\/p>

Facts!<\/strong><\/u>
After the Developers <\/span>violated the TRO in January 7-9, 2020<\/strong>, \u00a0which resulted in <\/span>5 people being arrested<\/strong>, they went to the Appellant Court 2nd Department requesting that our <\/span>TRO be vacated<\/strong>. \u00a0The Appellant Court<\/span> denied their request.<\/strong><\/p>

Now again after the Developers violated the <\/span>TRO for the second time <\/u>on March 3 and 4th, <\/strong>they are again going to the Appellant Court 2nd Department to <\/span>again request that our TRO be vacated!<\/strong><\/p>

Their excuse is that they are <\/span>appealing Judge Boddie’s decision<\/strong>\u00a0denying their motions to dismiss, which happened on <\/span>February 20, 2020, over 3 weeks ago!<\/strong><\/p>

This Court appearance is being classified as an <\/span>emergency which it is not.<\/strong> This\u00a0<\/span>unnecessary court appearance<\/strong> is now putting <\/span>us in harm’s way,<\/strong> where <\/span>no emergency <\/strong>exists on their part and a City, State and Federal State of Emergency has been issued for the Cornavirus.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>
