In April 2019 we filed a lawsuit against the City of New York and Developers stating that the City failed to conduct its environmental review lawfully and the Developers lied on their application to avoid looking at environmental consequences.\u00a0 The following provides an overview of the numerous filings resulting from our over three year adventure through the New York City court system.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
